    Higher than average Pay. Good potential to progress in the company. Working on Wall Street. Great peers. Good name to have on resume I hear (I still work for GS so don't know for sure).

    Cons

    Long Hours (50 hour minimum. more like 53-58). Big bureaucratic company. Red Tape. Managers don't care about you.

    - Hours aren't too bad (~55 a week) - Slow transition into working life after college - Good leadership that cares about your - If you network and study on your own time, you can jump to front office role at GS or another BB
